Simon’s Journey of Faith and Resilience

Simon shares his story of fleeing from Bhutan to Nepal as a child amidst severe political turmoil. His family faced much hardship — from living in a jungle tent battling malnutrition and disease to encountering discrimination as Christians in a place where they sought refuge. Simon and his family found safety and peace in Australia and Simon established the Nepali church community in Cairns (Qld). Simon says his greatest desire is to minister to the next generation and to see his family worshipping in the house of God.
