No Wrong Door: Transforming lives in the Sutherland Shire

In the Sutherland Shire of Sydney, The Salvation Army is working hard to provide holistic care to their community throughout seven different locations. With their ‘no wrong door’ policy, they offer support through transitional housing, financial counseling and recovery programs while also providing food hampers and community gardens.

Mark Soper (Shire Salvos Team Leader) says that the goal is to “create the best holistic communities where people can find faith in Jesus, (and) can be supported and loved in a professional manner.”
