Conversations with General Lyndon Buckingham - Episode 3

In Episode 3 of Conversations with the General, Major Britius Munkombwe (Under Secretary for East and Southern Africa) joins General Lyndon Buckingham for coffee at The Salvation Army’s International Headquarters in London. Their conversation turns to how the Army can best value its people, whether they are congregation members, volunteers, employees or officers, and better support them in fulfilling their callings. They also discuss the nature of integrated mission – caring for others while giving our testimony about the power of Jesus to change lives.
