Colonels Geoff and Kalie Webb, officers of the Australia Territory currently serving respectively as Executive Secretary to the General and Under Secretary (South Asia), International Headquarters, are appointed as territorial leaders for the Kenya West Territory: Colonel Geoff Webb as Territorial Commander and Colonel Kalie Webb as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will be succeeding Commissioners Joash and Florence Malabi (R) who have been giving pro tem leadership to the territory.
