A New Beginning with the Help of House 49: Graeme's Story
Graeme’s life was turned upside down by a devastating accident on a mining site. Facing two and a half years in hospital, followed by rehab, he was left unable to work and facing homelessness. Graeme says, “There was nothing stable in my life”. Graeme received kindness and support from The Salvation Army’s House 49 in Darwin. Today he volunteers with the Salvos and encourages others to reach out and ask for help if they need it.
